Problems facing the modern bookworm, or I can buy whatever the fuck I want, right?
I thought if I was going to write about money in the next few weeks, I would be writing about the need for a fuck off fund. I also thought that my writing in the next few days would be delightfully filthy and reflective of my current adventures. So this post surprised me. Does it belong on a sex blog? Well, it talks about having to hide your kinks and the importance of queer representation in fiction, so I can just about convince myself that it does. Really, though, this is post about how I am a frustrated, queer bookworm.

Fear, shame, and trying to be brave
I feel nervous about posting this, and not for the usual reasons that I’m unsure of my writing ability or embarrassed of the fantasies I’m sharing. I’m nervous because posting these words could actually change my life in less-than-positive ways, if seen by the wrong people.

What to wear on a date with your crush and his wife
A few weeks ago, I went on a date. Dinner at a lovely restaurant, a playful argument over who was paying, and a walk through a London’s beautiful streets in the cooling air. It was brilliant. There was some flirting, some teasing, and – on my part anyway – some blushing. They’re both wonderful, clever, attractive-as-fuck people: one of them I want to be like when I’m older, and one of them who I want to fuck right now.
